AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4241

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4241, on page 6, immediately below line 14, by inserting the following:

"(5) To banks, trust companies, savings and loan associations, savings banks, or credit unions licensed or organized under the laws of any state or of the United States, or any foreign bank maintaining a branch or agency licensed or organized under the laws of any state or of the United States and licensed under the Consumer Installment Loan Act, Sales Finance Agency Act, or any subsidiary or affiliate thereof.".
