 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 87

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 87 on page 2,  line
 3    33, after the period, by inserting the following:
 4    "Agencies  designated to receive such reports under this Act,
 5    and the Department, shall establish policies that clearly set
 6    forth, in instances when  2  or  more  State  agencies  could
 7    investigate  an  allegation  of  abuse, neglect, or financial
 8    exploitation, how the investigation will be conducted so that
 9    the  investigation  does  not  duplicate   an   investigation
10    conducted by another State agency.".
