110 ILCS 305/4.1

from Ch. 144, par. 25.1

Amends the University of Illinois Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning a chancellor search committee.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The University of Illinois Act is amended by changing Section 4.1 as follows:

(110 ILCS 305/4.1) (from Ch. 144, par. 25.1)

Sec. 4.1. Chancellor search committee. Whenever the the board of trustees establishes a search committee to fill the position of chancellor at any campus of the University of Illinois, there shall be minority representation, including women, on that search committee.
