Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Makes a technical change in a Section setting forth the short title of the Act.

AN ACT in relation to business transactions.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act is amended by changing Section 12 as follows:

Sec. 12. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the "Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act".
