SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

410 ILCS 517/45

Amends the Health Care Professional Credentials Data Collection Act. Makes a stylistic change in a Section concerning the adoption and incorporation of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning public health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Health Care Professional Credentials Data Collection Act is amended by changing Section 45 as follows:

Sec. 45. Administrative Procedure Act. The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act is hereby expressly adopted and incorporated herein as if all the provisions of the Act were included in the Act. For the purpose of this Act, the notice required under Section 10-25 of the Administrative Procedure Act shall be is deemed sufficient when mailed to the last known address of a party.
