| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Health Care Professional Credentials Data |

| Collection Act is
amended by changing Section 45 as follows:
|

| Sec. 45. Administrative Procedure Act. The Illinois |
| 8 |
| Administrative
Procedure Act is hereby expressly adopted and |
| 9 |
| incorporated
herein as if all the provisions of the Act were |
| 10 |
| included in the Act. For the
purpose of this Act, the notice |

| required under Section 10-25 of
the Administrative Procedure |
