Biography

Part-time-City of Batavia Firefighter and owner-ARS Land Group (land development company): Augustana College (Rock Island, IL.), Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Political Science, minor in Business Administration, May 1988; served as Batavia City Alderman from 1995 to 1999; served on Batavia Plan Commission from 1990 to 1995; currently appointed to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules; married (wife, Julianne), and has two sons.
