1 AN ACT relating to corporate fiduciaries.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Corporate Fiduciary Act is amended by
5 changing Section 6-1 as follows:
6 (205 ILCS 620/6-1) (from Ch. 17, par. 1556-1)
7 Sec. 6-1. Exclusive remedy. The proceedings under
8 pursuant to this Article 6 shall be the exclusive remedy and
9 the only proceedings commenced in any court for the
10 dissolution or for the winding up of the affairs or for the
11 appointment of a receiver for any corporate fiduciary.
