 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  3188  on  page  1,
 3    line 6 by changing "7-103.161" to "7-103.166"; and

 4    on   page   24,   line  9  by  changing  "110-20-105-024"  to
 5    "11-20-105-024"; and

 6    on page 28, lines 29 and 33 and on page 29, lines 4 and 8, by
 7    changing "Butterfield" each time it appears to  "Midlothian";
 8    and

 9    on page 42, by inserting after line 25 the following:

11        Sec.  7-103.162.  Quick-take;  Village  of Franklin Park.
12    Quick-take proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for  a
13    period  of  48  months  after  the  effective  date  of  this

16    commercial  and  industrial  property in conjunction with the

15    Quick-take  proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for a
16    period of 2 years after the effective date of this amendatory
17    Act of the 92nd General Assembly by the City of Northlake for
18    the acquisition of  the  south  6  feet  of  a  parking  area
19    abutting  the  state right-of-way for Route 64 (North Avenue)
20    located in the City of Northlake in Cook County in  order  to
21    re-align the service road and create additional parking.
