Provides that the Department of Public Health shall publish a consumer report, rather than a direc- tory, that contains certain information on public health region list- ing facilities. Provides that the Department may charge a fee for the consumer report. FISCAL NOTE (Department of Public Health) The Departmemt does not anticipate an additional cost.
