RAUSCHENBERGER-BURZYNSKI-DEMUZIO-HALVORSON. Urges the Board of Higher Education to review the dependence on part-time and nontenure-track faculty in Illinois colleges and universities. Requires each public university and community college governing board to provide a report to the Board of Higher Education regarding use and compensation of part-time and nontenure-track faculty, with the Board of Higher Education compiling the reports and providing them to the General Assembly.
