SCHMITZ. 105 ILCS 5/10-20.34 new 105 ILCS 5/34-18.21 new Amends the School Code. Requires a school board to implement and require schools to administer a policy that provides for the supervision of students using computers that are located at a school and that have access to the Internet. Requires the State Board of Education to withhold any State funds to be paid to the school district until this policy is implemented.
