LINDNER-GASH AND LYONS,EILEEN. 625 ILCS 5/15-109.1 from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 15-109.1 Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that no person shall operate a second division vehicle having a gross vehicle weight rating of 8,000 pounds or more loaded with dirt or garbage unless the material is in a cargo container. Provides that the tailgate on the vehicle must be in good repair to prevent material from escaping.
