MOFFITT-NOVAK-CURRY,JULIE-SKINNER. (O'MALLEY) 50 ILCS 345/20 50 ILCS 345/25 Amends the Local Governmental Acceptance of Credit Cards Act. Provides that each elected official (now the governing body of the local governmental entity) may decide how to administer and implement the acceptance of credit cards for certain debts unless the governing body of the entity mandates otherwise.
