2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 458 on page 2,
3 line 10 by inserting after "instruction" the following:
4 "in accordance with the standards of a nationally-recognized
5 organization such as the American Red Cross or the American
6 Heart Association or a course of instruction".
