1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 458
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 458 on page 2, in
3 line 12 by inserting "in all its branches" after "medicine";
4 and
5 on page 3, by replacing lines 12 through 17 with the
6 following:
7 "(3) the automated external defibrillator is
8 registered with the EMS system hospital in the vicinity
9 of where the automated external defibrillator will
10 primarily be located which shall oversee utilization of
11 the automated external defibrillator and ensure that
12 training and maintenance requirements are met; and"; and
13 on page 3, by replacing lines 22 through 24 with the
14 following:
15 "clinical use of the automated external defibrillator.";
16 and
17 on page 4, line 4, by changing "prescribing physician" to
18 "physician licensed to practice medicine in all its
19 branches".
