1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 0369, IN THE HOUSE
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 0369, in the
3 House, with reference to page and line numbers in House
4 Amendment 1, by inserting the following after line 23 on page
5 2:
6 "For completion of Phase II of the Census
7 2000 Redistricting Program pursuant to
8 Public Law 94-171 ............................ 50,000";
9 and, on page 3, line 24, by changing "532,700" to "622,700";
10 and
11 on page 3, after line 30, by inserting the following:
12 "The sum of $50,000, or so much thereof as may be
13 necessary and remains unexpended at the close of business on
14 June 30, 1999, from an appropriation heretofore made in
15 Section 5 of Article 12 of Public Act 90-0585, as amended, is
16 reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State
17 Board of Elections for completion of Phase II of the Census
18 2000 Redistricting Program pursuant to Public Law 94-171.".
