SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Kenneth D. Bryan of Teutopolis, who passed away on September 29, 2023; and

WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan, the son of Kenneth E. Bryan and Janice (Casteel) Bryan McNeely, was born in Mattoon on May 26, 1989; and

WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan worked as an operator at American Fiber; and

WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan was preceded in death by his children, Walker and Rose "Rosie" Bryan; and

WHEREAS, At the time of his passing, Kenneth Bryan was survived by his father; his mother; his birth mother, Jennifer Grams; his brother, Frank Bryan; his sister, Sandy K. Bryan; his half sister, Samantha Grams; and his half brother, R.J. Grams; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Kenneth D. Bryan and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Kenneth Bryan as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
