1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2876
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2876, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 11 through 14 with the
5 following:
6     "facility;
7         (3) the compost of organic items that are generated at
8     a public meeting or public event held at the event
9     facility only if the event facility is located in a county
10     with a composting facility; and
11         (4) the transfer of compostable materials to a
12     composting facility for processing; the compostable
13     materials may be transferred to a composting facility in
14     the same manner in which they were collected within the
15     event facility.".
