AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1425

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1425, on page 4, line 11, after "vehicle" by inserting "within 10 days of the determination that the vehicle is a total loss, at which time the registered owner shall provide the insurance company or its designee with the title of the vehicle and execute all documents necessary to facilitate a sale of the vehicle or a salvage title at which time the insurance company shall make the total loss payment.".
