AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2039

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2039 as follows:

on page 1, lines 16 and 17, by replacing "$100,000 $20,000" with "$20,000"; and

on page 1, line 19, after the period, by inserting "For public institutions of higher education only, contracts exceeding $100,000 shall be filed with the Comptroller.".
