AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3007

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3007 on page 1, line 8, by replacing "breach" with "breach; notice to Attorney General"; and

on page 4, by replacing line 26 with the following:

"(e)(1) This subsection does not apply to data collectors that are covered entities or business associates and are in compliance with Section 50."; and

on page 5, line 1, by changing "(1)" to "(2)"; and

on page 5, line 20, by changing "(2)" to "(3)".
