AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1815

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1815 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse and Dependency Act is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 301/1-1)

Sec. 1-1. Short Title. This Act may be cited as the the Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse and Dependency Act.
