AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 942

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 942, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 2, on page 2, by replacing lines 8 through 12 with the following:

"(b) No affected appointee may endorse or oppose a candidate for State office in a partisan election or a candidate for party committee office in: a paid political advertisement, broadcast, or campaign; paid political literature; or similar material.".
