1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4413
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4413 on page 1, line
3 16, by replacing "Any" with "Except as otherwise provided under
4 this subsection, any"; and

5 on page 1, line 23, after "subsection.", by inserting "The
6 broadcast and maintenance requirements under this subsection
7 do not apply to a pension fund established under Article 3 or
8 4.".
