AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1334

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1334 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act is amended by changing Section 63 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on October 1, 2019)

Sec. 63. Audits by the Auditor General. The Auditor General shall annually cause an audit to be made of the Program, beginning June 30, 2008 and each June 30th thereafter until June 30, 2017; thereafter, the Auditor General shall cause an audit to be made of the Program, beginning June 30, 2020, and June 30th of every third year thereafter. The audit shall include payments for health services covered by the Program and contracts entered into by the Department in relation to the Program.
