1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2701
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2701 on page 2, in
3 line 18, by changing "item 2.5" to "items 2.5 and 2.6"; and

4 on page 2, in line 22, by changing "Any" to "Except as provided
5 in item 2.6, any"; and

6 on page 3, immediately above line 9, by inserting the
7 following:
8         "2.6. Any person who is an elected member of a county
9     board and is first so elected on or after the effective
10     date of this amendatory Act of the 99th General Assembly;".
