AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 259 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 259 on page 1 by 
3replacing line 17 with: "video gaming terminals, provided that 
4limitations on the number of video gaming terminals or 
5restrictions on the locations of video gaming terminals shall 
6be based on objective criteria generally applicable to all 
7video gaming terminals within a municipality or county, as
