AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3573

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3573 on page 1, by replacing lines 17 through 23 with the following: "building's emergency and crisis response plans, every effort must be made, within a school district's ability, to make the emergency and crisis response plans available to first responders, administrators, and teachers for implementation and utilization through the use of electronic applications on handheld and mobile electronic devices, including, but not limited to, smartphones, tablets, and laptop computers.".
