1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2584
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2584 as follows:

3 on page 2, line 17, by replacing "committed." with "committed,
4 unless any violation is for the sale of alcohol to a person
5 under the age of 21, in which case the violation shall be
6 considered if it was committed within 5 years after the date
7 when a prior violation was committed. The provisions of this
8 paragraph concerning the determination of multiple violations
9 do not apply to the City of Chicago.".
