SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

110 ILCS 805/3-7.13

from Ch. 122, par. 103-7.13

Amends the Public Community College Act. In a provision allowing more than one public measure to be submitted on the same ballot, provides that no proposition that is substantially the same shall be submitted more than once every 3 (instead of 2) months, with exceptions.

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Community College Act is amended by changing Section 3-7.13 as follows:

(110 ILCS 805/3-7.13) (from Ch. 122, par. 103-7.13)

Sec. 3-7.13. More than one public measure may be submitted on the same ballot. No proposition under this Section which is substantially the same shall be submitted more than once every 3 2 months, except where the proposition is submitted as a consequence of a disaster, calamity or other Act of God.
