1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1634
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1634 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 8, after "municipality" by inserting "that has
4 an automated traffic law enforcement system as provided in
5 Section 11-208.6 of this Code"; and

6 on page 2, below line 6, by inserting the following:

7 "(d) The municipality shall use funds generated by its
8 automated traffic law enforcement system to pay for the
9 implementation of this Section.".
