AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1267

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1267 on page 1, line 9, by inserting after "facility," the following:

"other than a hospital licensed under the Hospital Licensing Act or organized under the University of Illinois Hospital Act,"; and

on page 11, line 5, by inserting "on an inpatient basis" after "admitted"; and

on page 11, line 6, by replacing "on an inpatient basis" with the following: ", other than a hospital licensed under the Hospital Licensing Act or organized under the University of Illinois Hospital Act".
