320 ILCS 50/15 rep.

     Amends the Senior Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. Repeals provisions that created the Senior Pharmaceutical Assistance Review Committee. Effective immediately.

1    AN ACT concerning aging.
  
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 
4    (320 ILCS 50/15 rep.)

5    Section 5. The Senior Pharmaceutical Assistance Act is 
6amended  by repealing Section 15.
  
 
7    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
