2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2818 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 13, by replacing "from an" with "from a public
4 school district or a recognized nonpublic school"; and

5 on page 1, line 14, by deleting "accredited institution".
