30 ILCS 764/10-1
    Amends the Park and Recreational Facility Construction Act of 2009. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning finance.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Park and Recreational Facility Construction
5 Act of 2009 is amended by changing Section 10-1 as follows:

6     (30 ILCS 764/10-1)
7     Sec. 10-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
8 Park and Recreational Facility Construction Act of 2009.
9 References in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
