SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 840/3.3 new

Amends the State Parks Designation Act. Creates a provision designating the Harry "Babe" Woodyard State Natural Area in Vermilion County as a State natural area.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The State Parks Designation Act is amended by adding Section 3.3 as follows:

(20 ILCS 840/3.3 new)

Sec. 3.3. State natural areas. The following described areas are designated State Natural Areas and shall have the names ascribed to them in this Section:

Harry "Babe" Woodyard State Natural Area, in Vermilion County.
