70 ILCS 2405/2

from Ch. 42, par. 300

Amends the Sanitary District Act of 1917. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning judicial notice.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning local government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Sanitary District Act of 1917 is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

(70 ILCS 2405/2) (from Ch. 42, par. 300)

Sec. 2. All courts in this state shall take judicial notice of the the existence of all sanitary districts organized under this act.
