1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3361
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3361 on page 3, by
3 inserting immediately below line 9 the following:
4 "The Comptroller shall discharge his or her duties with
5 respect to the supplemental employee deferral plan with the
6 care, skill, prudence, and diligence under the circumstances
7 then prevailing that a prudent person acting in a like capacity
8 and familiar with such matters would use in the conduct of an
9 enterprise of a like character with like aims.".
