1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2056
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2056 on page 1, line
3 15, immediately after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "Before awarding a grant from this Fund but no later than July
5 1, 2012, the Authority shall adopt rules that (i) specify the
6 conditions under which grants will be awarded from this Fund
7 and (ii) otherwise provide for the implementation and
8 administration of the grant program created by this Section.".
