1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1284
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1284 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 23, by replacing "contract," with "contract
4 pursuant to the Service Contract Act,"; and

5 on page 2, by replacing lines 14 through 16 with the following:
6 "(a) In order to sell or offer coverage under a policy of
7 portable electronics insurance, a vendor is required to hold a
8 limited-lines license.".
