1     AN ACT concerning employment.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Employee Arbitration Act is amended by
5 changing Section 8 as follows:

6     (820 ILCS 35/8)  (from Ch. 10, par. 30)
7     Sec. 8. Any notice or process issued by the~~the~~ Department
8 of Labor shall be served by any sheriff or coroner to whom it
9 is directed or in whose hands it is placed for service.
