AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 214

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 214, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1 as follows:

on page 9, by replacing lines 15 and 16 with the following: "to practice in Illinois and possessing the"; and

on page 15, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with the following: "shall be a reputable chiropractic physician licensed to practice"; and

on page 16, line 20, by deleting "A majority of the"; and

on page 16, by deleting lines 21 through 25; and

on page 30, by replacing lines 16 through 19 with the following:

"Sec. 15. Chiropractic physician Physician licensed to practice without drugs and operative surgery; license for general practice. Any chiropractic physician licensed under this Act to treat human ailments without the use of prescriptive drugs and operative surgery shall be permitted"; and

on page 32, line 23, by replacing "or" with "and without or"; and

on page 41, line 12, by replacing "or" with "and without or"; and

on page 43, line 25, after "drugs" by inserting "and without operative surgery"; and

on page 54, line 11, by deleting "by"; and

on page 63, by replacing lines 23 through 25 with the following: "medicine in all of its branches, licensed chiropractic physicians, licensed clinical psychologists,"; and

on page 89, line 6, after "prescribe" by inserting "drugs".
