AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 152 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 152 as follows:


 
3on page 5, line 12, by replacing "Compensation Review Board" 
4with "Governor"; and
 
5on page 5, by replacing lines 13 through 23 with the following:
 
6    "Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect one year 
7after becoming law."; and
