I move to accept the specific recommendations of the Governor as to House Bill 5752 in manner and form as follows:

AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5752

IN ACCEPTANCE OF GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATIONS

Amend House Bill 5752 on page 3, by replacing lines 13 through 14 with the following:

"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January 1, 2011.".
