AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 650

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 650 on page 3, by 
3
replacing lines 8 through 11 with the following:
4
"fireman must provide proof of insurance for the period of time 
5
that the fireman was no longer in active service and must pay 
6
the cost of the insurance premium consistent with any 
7
applicable local collective bargaining agreement or in 
8
