    Amends the Tattoo and Body Piercing Establishment Registration Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning health.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Tattoo and Body Piercing Establishment
5 Registration Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (410 ILCS 54/1)
7     (This Section may contain text from a Public Act with a
8 delayed effective date)
9     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
10 Tattoo and Body Piercing Establishment Registration Act.
