1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1497
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1497 on page 1,
3 line 13, by replacing "is $90." with the following:
4 "shall be increased by $5 on July 1, 2007 and shall be
5 increased by an additional $5 on July 1 in 2008, 2009, and
6 2010. The increase taking effect on July 1, 2007 is subject to
7 appropriation.".
