AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5771

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5771, on page 3, by replacing lines 19 through 21 with the following:

"(h) Expenditures actually paid for repayment of debts that represent reasonable and necessary expenses for the production of income, not including expenditures for capital assets medical expenditures necessary"; and

on page 4, by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the following:

"No deduction for depreciation".
