1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5684
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5684 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
5 Official United States Flag Display Act.

6     Section 5. Flying the United States flag at public
7 facilities. Each agency of the State government and each unit
8 of local government shall ensure that each United States flag
9 that is flown at each building, structure, or facility that is
10 owned or occupied entirely by the agency of the State
11 government or unit of local government is manufactured in the
12 United States.".
